1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or scheduling service with Haynes Appliance Repair ("Haynes," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Haynes provides in-home appliance repair services in the Greater Cincinnati area. All service is subject to technician availability, parts availability, and our reasonable assessment of safety and feasibility on site.

3. Service Fees & Promotions

• Our standard diagnostic service fee is $99.95.
• The "Free Service Fee With Repair" promotion waives the $99.95 fee only when the customer approves and we complete a paid repair on the same visit. If you decline the repair, the standard service fee applies.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be changed or ended at any time.
• Parts, labor, and additional repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods identified at checkout. Past-due balances may incur reasonable collection costs.

5. Warranty

Repairs performed by Haynes are backed by our written warranty covering parts and labor for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty does not cover: (a) issues unrelated to the original repair, (b) damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or improper installation, (c) consumable parts, or (d) work performed by anyone other than Haynes after our visit.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a trip fee or refusal of future service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and a responsible adult on site.
• Accurately describe the problem and disclose prior repairs.
• Secure pets and remove fragile items from the work area.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Haynes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost food, lost income, or property damage not caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only and may change without notice. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content, logos, or photos without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., attempts to disrupt service, scrape content, or access unauthorized areas).

10. Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for marketing purposes, with attribution where appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
