We provide appliance repair services for residential customers. All service descriptions, estimates, and pricing are for informational purposes and may change depending on the actual condition of your appliance.
2. Estimates and Payments
Estimates provided are not binding until service is completed.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, or approved digital payments.
3. Customer Responsibilties
Customers must provide safe access to appliances and work areas.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by any unsafe conditions, pets, or interference during service.
4. Liability & Warranty
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
We are not responsible for leaks, electrical issues, or damages that arise from prior appliance misuse or improper installation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Warranty
Workmanship warranty (if any) will be explicitly provided at the time of service.
Manufacturer warranties on appliances remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Communications
By contacting us, you consent to receive calls or texts related to your service inquiry. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by requesting it during the call.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (/privacy).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Ohio.
